"Finally got it right after other mishaps..."

"Item arrived broken and terrible support"
The item showed up damaged. I reached out to customer support, but since I didn’t report it quickly enough, they refused to assist. Being pregnant, I couldn’t lift the box to flatten it for inspection. I had to wait for the plumber to come by and take a look at the product. Even after explaining this to Bella Bathrooms, they still wouldn’t provide any assistance.

Authentic Feedback...I can only share my experience with Bella Bathrooms...Shower tray...MANY THANKS...Fantastic service from beginning to end...I wasn’t able to get the item on the scheduled day...but Bella Bathrooms kept my item safe and brought it on another date...NO ISSUES...My plumber is quite pleased with the quality of the shower tray you provided. I won’t think twice about using them again.

“Sorry can't remember the name of the delivery firm - however under no circumstances would I recommend the firm Bella Bathrooms - I found that their customer service was appalling and one employee in particular quite rude - made me think twice of ever ordering on the internet again!”
